WESTON — A 59-year-old man was killed in a crash on Georgetown Road Thursday, according to police.

Officers, firefighters and EMTs responded to Georgetown Road at approximately 5 p.m. Thursday for a report of a two-vehicle crash with injuries, police said on Facebook.

“One of the operators, age 59, a Weston resident was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Weston High School Counselors and Weston Police SROs will be available virtually to speak to students or residents in need,” police said.

Police from Weston and Fairfield are investigating the crash. Anyone with information about the collision is asked to call the Weston Police Department at 203-222-2600.
